If you are receiving this error, please check the parts and their descriptions for any illegal characters as these prevent the reports from being printed.
If you can not identify any illegal characters, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

When we try and print a SSRS report for our Route Card, we are receiving the following error 'There is an error in XML document (x, x)'.
