After creating the new user and providing the relevant permissions, please check the value of the the RESTRICT_EMP_AUTH_SCREEN control flag. To do this, please follow these steps:
Go to Options.
Select System Maintenance.
Choose System Settings.
Click on GENERAL System Settings.
Go to Control File.
In the Control Item field search for RESTRICT_EMP_AUTH_SCREEN.
Go into modify mode and change its value to the desired one.
If you no longer wish to have this restriction on the system, you can change its value to No Restriction. If this control flag is set to Restrict by Team and you wish to keep this setting, then the user will need to be granted individual access to each team. You can do this by completing these steps:
Go to Employee.
Select Time & Attendance Menu.
Click on T & A Authorisation Screen.
Select Team Access.
Identify the desired user and tick the required teams on the right.
Press on OK.
By doing this, the user will now have the necessary permissions in order to view and authorise the assigned teams.
