The OEE Report displays four values and these are obtained through the following calculations:
Availability: (Total Actual Hours Booked / Total Capacity) x 100. Actual hours to complete all the works orders against the resource, divided by the daily capacity value of the resource.
Performance: (Actual items made during / planned number of items made) x 100. Uses the planned time vs the actual time and the quantity of goods made during the actual time. The calculation will be to take the actual number of items made during the time logged and compare that to the planned number of items that should have been made in the time that was logged to calculate the percentage
Quality: Good QTY / Total QTY x 100. Where ‘Good QTY’ = Total QTY - any Scrapped QTY
OEE: OEE = Availability x Performance x Quality. Takes into account all losses (time and goods) and then reflect the true productivity of the resource
