Please check that Microsoft Excel is installed on the local machine FactoryMaster is running on. If you're running FactoryMaster through a RDP session or Terminal Service the system running FactoryMaster must also have Microsoft Excel installed.
This error occurs if the 'Open CSV file?' tickbox is enabled. If you untick this option the CSV is still created but it won't open on the system.

When exporting a report to a CSV file we are receiving "Unexpected Error", why is this?
