FactoryMaster may not work with all touchscreen laptops and has not been tested as it is advised to use the software with mouse and keyboard only.
If you are encountering issues with using your touchscreen laptops please get in touch with your IT team requesting that they investigate this issue.
Touchscreen is not working on a touchscreen laptop
We have touchscreen laptops but FactoryMaster is not recognising when we are pressing the screen, the mouse still works OK.
