This is a common error with .rtf (Rich Text Format) files. Unfortunately the only way to rectify this is to revert to a previous version before you made the changes that triggered the error.
We would advise that if you wish to amend rtf templates then to save often, to prevent these errors having too much of an effect.
Documents opening blank in Microsoft Word
When I want to print an Invoice/Order Acknowledgement etc. they normally open in Work and I print them from there. Now when I print one Word is opening but blank with no document.
