If you are trying to print an Invoice/Order Acknowledgement, etc., and they normally open in Word so that you can print them from there, but when trying to print, Word opens but is blank, the advice below should help you to resolve this issue.

This is a common error with .rtf (Rich Text Format) files. Unfortunately, the only way to rectify this is to revert to a previous version before you made the changes that triggered the error.
