Please run the upgrade again from the actual database server, instead of from your PC desktop, where you may not have full permissions to complete the upgrade and it will be treating it as a separate install.

Stuck on black window converting files during upgrade
After I launch the application and running the upgrade, it gets stuck on the black window and listing the different tables converting files e.g. stuck on converting file POINVMATCHADJUST
