This is a code issue which has been fixed in FactoryMaster version 20.08.02. Please upgrade to this version or above.
Document for the supplier Approval record not visible after creation
On creation of the Document in the supplier approval record, it is visible. But after leaving and later returning to the record the link disappears, despite the Document still existing in the folder structure.
