We would ask you that liaise with your IT Support departments to identify if your company is still using these older database technologies.

If your company is running Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or above then you don't need to take any action.

If your business is running SQL 2008R2 then there will be a necessity to plan an upgrade to a later SQL Server version. This may also entail an upgrade of your Access software to provide compatibility.

We would ask that you contact your Access Account Manager if your business if affected. Please confer with us before investing in a later SQL Server version in order that we can advise on compatibility.

Please note that SQL Versions '2008' and '2008R2' are no longer supported by Microsoft and cannot be used with FactoryMaster Version 20 and above. You will not be allowed to upgrade databases still using these SQL versions.

If you have any queries regarding the above then please contact your Account Manager.
