Stuck on preparing windows after logging into Cloud account (Access Hosted Clients)

I log into the Remote Desktop Connection with my Cloud login credentials and the screen is stuck on preparing windows.

Environments: FactoryMaster, RDS Server

The RDS server needs rebooting due to glitches within the VMware. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
