All users that are using the affected terminal server will be required to log out of the system, and then your Internal IT will need to run Client Setup on the terminal server. If they need guidance on doing this please provide the instructions found 'here' .
Error - 'User module not found/listed' when receipting purchase order
Cannot book in receipt any purchase order due to the following error that generates on the bottom left hand corner of the window: User module not found/listed Only affects users who remote onto terminal server and not users who have FM installed locally
