If you are having problems with printing a sales order acknowledgement from the hosted server, and the print option shows up.XPS printer only, and have to save the file. The advice below should help you to resolve the issue.

Please ask your IT department or third-party IT to install ThinPrint Client on the relevant client PC terminals and reboot the PC for the system changes to take effect.

The ThinPrint Client software may need to be configured to direct the print jobs to the correct printer, which can be done by following the steps below:
Launch ThinPrint Client
Select Setup tab
Select Use this printer
Once you have done the above, you should be able to print a sales order acknowledgement successfully.
