How to launch FactoryMaster and stopping the error

If you are receiving this error when trying to launch FactoryMaster through Access Evo, please try following the steps below:

  1. Click on the 'Show Hidden Icons' button on the bottom right corner of the Windows taskbar. The Icon will look like an arrow/chevron pointing upwards.

  2. In the menu that opens, right-click on the Citrix Evo icon

  3. Click Connection Centre

  4. Click on the server name under 'Connections'

  5. Click Log Off

  6. A message will pop up asking if you are sure. Click Yes

  7. Please try to relaunch FactoryMaster through Access Evo
