This error implies that the system cannot recognise the username entered or you have not been enrolled.

Please ensure that you have entered the username correctly and have not accidentally used the user's full name or included a typo.The username here should not include the CLOUD\ part and should be something like "FM1234A.Smith".

If the username is definitely correct, then it is likely that the user has simply not enrolled to self-serve yet. This in turn means that they will not be able to reset their password.

If your password has already expired or you have forgotten it, then you will not be able to log in and enrol yourself and Support will need to do this for you. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
Error - 'Invalid User Name or You are required to enroll to use this service' (Access Hosted Clients)
When trying to log into Cloud account or reset my password, the following error message generates: Invalid User Name or You are required to enroll to use this service. Please click "Cancel" to exit. Log in and enroll.
