Check Computer Management on the server via the following steps:
Launch Control Panel from windows search bar
Select Administrative Tools
Then Computer Management
Then System Tools
Then Shared folders
Then Open Files
Check the users that are showing locks in the FactoryMaster folders
Close the files for all users that are definitely out of FM.
Retry launching FactoryMaster
Note: you may have to reboot the server.
