How to set a user to receive system messages

I would like to send system messages to users when tasks need to be completed or stock has been received, how can I do this? How to set a user to receive a system message for when a new part number is created/when tooling calibration is due to expire

Please complete the following steps:

  1. Select Options

  2. Select System Maintenance

  3. Select System Message Recipients

  4. Use the tree menu to navigate to the relevant option

  5. Click on Select Recipients

  6. Use the Add button to choose the employee/employees to receive the message

  7. Press OK

Note: You will need to go into the user access and F5 on the user to make sure they have the "Receive System Messages" check box ticked
