Error - 'The login details entered are not valid'

I have set up a new starter with a Windows Login and FactoryMaster account, however when I try to log in as them, I receive this error message: The login details entered are not valid

If you are receiving this error message the login credentials you are entering are incorrect. You can update your password by requesting that your Administrator does the following:

  1. Click Options

  2. Click User Access

  3. Press F5 on the user you need to amend

  4. Click Amend

  5. Enter in the new password

  6. Click OK

If you are still receiving this error please ask your IT to check the Windows permissions set against your Windows User.
