If you are receiving the 'Unable to write to' error message, please do the following:
Right click on the FactoryMaster icon on your desktop, and press Open File Location
In the folder path, jump back three steps to the FactoryMaster folder
Click on the FMAST10 or FMAST11 folder
Go into the Customer folder.
Click on ClientSetup
Double click ClientSetup.exe
Click Install.
