Error - Unable to write to c:\users\username\AppData\Roamin\FMclient.FMAST12Live.ini

I am installing FactoryMaster on a new laptop and i am receiving the following error message when trying to launch the application: Unable to write to c:\users\username\AppData\Roamin\FMclient.FMAST12Live.ini

If you are receiving the 'Unable to write to' error message, please do the following:

  1. Right click on the FactoryMaster icon on your desktop, and press Open File Location

  2. In the folder path, jump back three steps to the FactoryMaster folder

  3. Click on the FMAST10 or FMAST11 folder

  4. Go into the Customer folder.

  5. Click on ClientSetup

  6. Double click ClientSetup.exe

  7. Click Install.
