lease set a user or user group with a specific permission by completing the following steps:
Log into FactoryMaster as full admin user
Select Options
Select User Access
Select relevant user and press F5
Click View Access from edit user window
From the list of permissions from the All tab, tick Access for permission: Accounts Data Sync
Click OK
To obtain the file path for the company folder from SAGE, select the following:
Select Help
Select About
Click Data Directory and copy the file path
Go back into FactoryMaster and complete the final steps:
Select Sales
Select Sales Invoice Menu
Select Export Sales Invoices to Sage
Select Export History
Select relevant batch No and click Export
Click Connection Settings
Paste data directory file path into the Company Folder field
Enter the login credentials and click Test Connection
Click OK and export batch will complete as a direct integration with Sage.
