If you have recently upgraded your play system, and that has ran as expected,but you are finding that when converting the data from version 11 to Version 12, you are receiving this error message similar to below after trying to load sales order maintenance:

Please restart the FactoryMaster application and run ClientSetup.

If the issue continues to occur, run Finalise Update and reboot the server.
