have tried to upgrade our play system which has ran as expected however when converting the data from version 11 to Version 12, I am receiving this error message An error was found when processing an SQL statement. Continued below

I have tried to upgrade our play system which has ran as expected however when converting the data from version 11 to Version 12, I am receiving this error message An error was found when processing an SQL statement.

I tried to load sales order maintenance and receive the following error:-

​ An error was found when processing an SQL statement.
​
The following command could not be processed.
​
DELETE FROM WHERE_ARE_YOU WITH (ROWLOCK) WHERE
WHERE_ARE_YOU.User_Name = 'USER 1' AND
WHERE_ARE_YOU.Prev_Prog_Name != Main Menu / AND
WHERE_ARE_YOU.Window_ID NOT IN (66130,66144,66274,2419226)

Solution:

Please restart the FactoryMaster application and run ClientSetup.

If the issue continues to occur, run Finalise Update and reboot the server.
