To enter clock in and out values manually please select the following:
Select Employee
Then Time & Attendance Menu
Then T&A Authorisation Screen
From here select either 'All/Employee/Team/Department'.
Press OK.
A screen will pop up with the employees or employee in question.
Select the 'correct date' at the top.
Select the employee in question.
From here make sure the box in column 'Absent All Days' is not ticked.
Input the correct “Time in” and “Time out” and then.
Click Auth under the 'Authorised By column'.
