In order to resolve the issue where Citrix is not opening when launching FactoryMaster through Access Evo, please follow the steps below:

  1. Press F12 in the web browser so it brings up dev tools.

  2. Right-click on Refresh.

  3. Select Empty Cache and Hard Reload.

  4. Restart the web browser, log in to Evo and click the FactoryMaster app

  5. Click the button to detect the application, accept the terms and notification and download button

  6. When the ICA file is downloaded, right-click to always start and restart web browser
