This is an intermittent issue that it is more likely to happen on older versions of the software. Please upgrade to the latest version of FactoryMaster. If you need help with upgrading, please see the article here .

If you are not in a position to upgrade yet, there are multiple short-term solutions:-
Run ClientSetup
Reboot the PC or server if the issue continues to occur
Change the output to a different printer and then select the original printer
