While not a required field, FactoryMaster now requires the 'Delivery Terms' field to be populated when synchronising EU customers as this is a required field in Dimensions for Intrastat. To find this field, please follow the below steps:

  1. Select Sales

  2. Click Customer Maintenance

  3. Find the Customer who generates the message when attempting to synchronise with Dimensions using the QuickBar.

  4. Under the 'Address' tab for the Customer, click Edit Addresses

  5. Press Enter and switch to Modify mode using CTRL+M

  6. For each of the Addresses in the list which have 'Order', 'Deliver' or 'Invoice' ticked, click Intrastat Details

  7. Click on the 'Delivery Terms' field and press F5

  8. Select existing delivery terms or create a new one by switching to Modify mode (CTRL+M) and entering a new 'Code', 'Description' and 'Default Destination', then click OK
