If you notice that your Unit Values have a value of £0.00 it is likely that your Job Costings have not updated.
To update your Job Costings please do the following:
On the home screen of FactoryMaster click on The job costing of X works orders needs to be recalculated
Click Yes to begin recalculating the Job Costing
If this does not resolve your issue please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
It is also possible that you have invoiced matched the record at a £0.00 value.
