We recommend you use a Crystal report and professional services can offer you a quote for consultancy.
RTF templates are available for use, but there will be limited updates or support available if they don’t work correctly.
I would not try other formats as they are not supported by Access.
New RTF tags can be created but this require consultancy and professional services would need to send a quote for the work.
