Overview
When trying to load the Play FactoryMaster application, if you are seeing an error similar to the one below:
Configuration Error
cannot find file: \\bl-svr-01\FactoryMaster\FMAST10\PLAY\DLL\ClientLoader.exe
There is some advice outlined below that should help you to resolve this.
What can I do to fix the error message so that I can run the application?
There are a couple of things that you can try:
Firstly, try copying ClientLoader.exe from C:\FactoryMaster\FMAST10\Live\DLL to C:\FactoryMaster\FMAST10\Play\DLL or vice versa and then launch Factory Master from the desktop shortcut.
📌Note: FMAST10 can be FMAST11,FMAST12 etc.
If the first option doesn't work, please contact your IT department/company, as this will be due to the antivirus software settings, not FactoryMaster itself.
