System clocking employees out after 12 hours or generating clocking time anomalies

The system itself is clocking me out at certain times with no intervention from myself. When I go to log out two hours after the shift finishing time, I have already been automatically logged off the job I was working on, at the set shift end time.

Please complete the following steps, logging into Factory Master application with full user permissions:

  1. Select Options

  2. Select System Maintenance

  3. Select System Settings

  4. Select General System Settings

  5. Select Control File

  6. Enter control flag name DATA_CAPTURE_INVALID and hit enter.

  7. Press Ctrl + M to modify and specify the invalid length of the shift by increasing the time length value e.g. from 12:00:00 to 20:00:00
