The promised date is populated when you acknowledge the purchase order. You would need to start using the Acknowledge function within Purchase Order Maintenance.
However, it is worth bearing in mind that if the 'Promised' Date is blank, then the 'Required by' Date will be used.
SC21 Delivery Metrics parameters
The SC21 delivery metrics state that they use the promised date to monitor performance against. The promised date is showing as blank in our system. How can we either: A. Use a different date to monitor against, or B. Populate the Promised Date
