User cannot log in - Locked user issue (MyDesk)

One user cannot log in. Is there a way to log a user out? There is a locked user in the system, how can we fix that? When trying to log in, the system says I already am. My FactoryMaster session is unresponsive/frozen.

In order to log a user out of the system, please do as follows:

  1. Press CTRL+F1, this will bring up the CTRL+ALT+DEL screen within the FactoryMaster window.

  2. Click Sign Out then log back in again.

If the issue still persists, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
