Error - 'Object Handle Is Zero' when trying to send an Email

When trying to send an Email to a specific customer i am receiving: 'Object Handle Is Zero'.

Please check that the drive the PDF is being saved to is not full. Please ask your IT to check the current status of the drives and that they all have space available as a full drive can cause this issue.
