There are two ways in the system that you can print multiple route cards in one go:
Creating a print queue
Doing the following will add route cards to a print queue every time you press Print Route Card. You would then be able to access the queue and click Print All.
Click on Options
Click on System Maintenance
Go to System Settings
Choose GENERAL System Settings
Click on Control File
Search for the flag QUE_ROUTE_CARDS
Set the flag to Yes
Now in the Works Order Enquiry screen, click on Print Route Card and a message will appear saying 'Added to print queue'
There is a new button at the bottom of the window called Print Queue. Print your queue from here.
Print Workshop
Each stocked part has a 'Default Workshop Location' entered in the stock summary screen. It is possible to print all pending works orders for a certain workshop. This can also be changed on a works order level on the works order enquiry screen. To print in this way
Go to Production
Click on Works Order Enquiry
At the bottom of the screen, choose Print Workshop
Select the workshop you wish to use
Here you can choose between
Unprinted routes ONLY
ALL routes
