Your FactoryMaster SQL service will need to be restarted, this article can provide you with further steps and advice on what to do if this is affecting you or other users.


What to do next

The FactoryMaster SQL Service will need to be restarted, and can be found on the server that hosts your FactoryMaster database.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: This service cannot be restarted from the client PC.

If the server is held off-site, please contact your IT or relevant database administrator, who can restart this service and pass on the steps for them to action.

How to restart the FactoryMaster SQL Service

Please complete the following steps:

  1. Search for Services in the Windows search and click on it when it comes up

  2. Scroll down the list until you find the SQL Server (FMAST) Service. Note: The portion in the brackets will be whatever your FactoryMaster server is called; FMAST is only the default

  3. Press Restart in the pane to the left of the list.
