This happens when FactoryMaster is looking in the wrong location to start the program. This is an issue that usually occurs after doing an upgrade. The solution is to clear the temp location on the PC and then to run ClientSetup.
Open File Explorer
Type in '%temp%'
Delete the folder 'FMAST10.FMClient'. (You can also delete the other items in this folder but it is not necessary to fix this issue. Note: If you do delete the entire contents, skip any files windows does not wish to delete)
Now run ClientSetup, if you do not know how to run this then please find instructions 'here'.
