You won't see the flag in the list because its an enable option so its hidden.
Make sure you run 'finalise update' to make sure that new control flags have been created.
Please note that all users MUST be out of the system before running Finalise Update
To run Finalise Update please do the following:
Click Options
Click System Maintenance
Click Data Manager
Click Finalise Update
Click Yes
The program will now start to run
