If you are unable to log onto a job on the Data Capture terminal it is possible that your Employee Reference is set to 'Staff Member'. If this is set it will prevent you from logging onto a job.
To check this:
Click Employee, Time & Attendance Menu, Employee Maintenance
Select your Employee Reference and press the F5 key.
The option Staff Member? will be selected. If you would like to log onto jobs, this check box will need to be cleared so that your Employee Reference is not considered a Staff Member.
