If you have recently upgraded FactoryMaster, and you are getting the 'Cache files in use' error message, that is preventing you from logging in. The advice below will help you to resolve this.
How to resolve this
⚠️Important: All users MUST be out of the system before restarting the Terminal Server, as this will prevent the data from becoming corrupt.
If you are receiving the 'Cache Files In Use' error message, please contact your IT and request that they restart the Terminal Server.
