User account locked (Access Hosted Clients)

Account has been locked after using the wrong password. When one of our users tries to log into our hosted gateway they receive a message that their account is locked.

The Hosted Logon Self-service Portal has a function to enable an account to be unlocked.
Please access this link and select the Unlock Account option on the right side of the screen.
