Unable to view Historic Sales Orders

I am unable to view Historic Sales Orders on my system, if one of my colleagues tries on their system they can view them fine with now issues, why is this?

If you are unable to view Historic Sales Orders it is possible that 'Show Outstanding Only?' has been ticked, if so this will hid all Historic Sales Orders.

To check this, please do the following:

  1. Click Sales

  2. Click Sales Order Menu

  3. Click Sales Order Maintenance

  4. Click on the 'Historic' tab

  5. On the bottom right you will see a tick box for 'Show Outstanding Only'. Once this is ticked, all Historic Sales Orders will become visible.
