Allocate multiple works orders from sales call off window using EBQ

When creating a new sales order, is there a way of creating multiple allocated works orders to the call-off without having to manually input the individual works order?

Control flag SWO_AUTO_SUGGEST_EBQ must be set to yes and then complete the following steps:

  1. Select Sales, Sales order maintenance.

  2. Click enter and select relevant sales order

  3. Press the F5 key to enter the sales order.

  4. Select the required part.

  5. Press Crtl + F5 keys to view the part in stock maintenance

  6. Press F6 key to view the stock summary window

  7. Select Sales/Sub from create W/O field

  8. Click Setup from EBQ field

  9. Enter relevant min and max MA EBQ values (Economic Batch Quantity) in the corresponding fields

  10. Go back to the sales order and press F5 key in the order qty field

  11. Click into the works order allocated to this call off area

  12. Click OK after selecting suggest based on EBQ

  13. Click OK.
