To cancel a Customer After-Sales reject, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Quality

  2. Click Customer After-Sales Reject Maintenance

  3. Search for your Log Number

  4. Press F5 on the record

  5. Click Cancel Record

  6. Click Yes and enter the amount to be cancelled

  7. Click Finish

The Customer After Sales reject should now be cancelled.
