How to set Supplier Price breaks?

Go to Stock.

Select Stocked Parts Menu.

Click on Stocked Part Maintenance.

Choose the Pricing tab.

Then press F5 into the Preferred Supplier column.

Here you can enter the details of the supplier, as well as the desired price breaks.
