VEEAM Backup is causing the system to lose connection

Our backup system, VEEAM is scheduled to run at 19:00 every night, noticed that the backup stops all services on the server when it is running and restarts them when it's finished.

When the service is stopped whilst we are logged in, we have to close FactoryMaster via Task Manager.

If FactoryMaster is losing connection due to your backup software please ask your IT to investigate this further on your server.

This issue is being caused due to the FactoryMaster SQL service being stopped whilst users are logged into the system, if you have users that work late nights, please ask your IT to re-arrange the backup for a time when all users are out of the system.
