All rows should be returned. The problem is not with the ranges but with the list of fields selected. If you select all of them then there is an overflow on the variable holding the list and the export fails.
Our development team have enhanced this functionality. Please upgrade to 20.11.20 or 20.12.11 or above.
As a workaround, select fewer fields and the export will work. If you are not in a position to upgrade, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
Leave all ranges empty and purchase order detail export returns no rows
When selecting all fields and not entering any ranges to export the purchase order detail (from export manager), the CSV only generates column headings and no rows.
