Set a Stock Location as unavailable

We would like to certain Stock Location as unavailable so that stock cannot be issued from it, how can we do this?

If you would like to set a Stock Location as unavailable, please do the following:

​Note: The Stock Location must be empty before applying this option

  1. Click Stock

  2. Click Stocked Maintenance Menu

  3. Click Location Maintenance

  4. Search for your empty Stock Location. If it is a new location, it should already be empty.

  5. Press CTRL + M to enter modify mode

  6. Untick the Stock Available tick box to set it to No

  7. Click OK
