How to prevent stock automatically allocating to Picklists when Sales Works Orders are booked in

When booking in Sales Works Orders the stock is automatically allocated to a Picklist, how can I stop this from happening?

To prevent stock auto-allocating to Picklists when Sales Works Orders are booked-in, please do the following:

  1. Click Sales

  2. Click Customer Maintenance

  3. Search for the customer you wish to prevent picklists auto-allocating

  4. Click on the Sales Orders tab

  5. Press Ctrl + M to enter modify mode

  6. Change the 'W/O to Picklists' drop down to 'Never'
