The old SQL server service needs stopping and the new SQL service needs starting, which resolves the error.
This service can be found on the server that hosts your FactoryMaster database. This service cannot be restarted on your PC. Only the server that is hosting the database. If the server is held offsite, please contact your IT or relevant database administrator who can restart this service. You need to be out of FactoryMaster before actioning this process.
To do this:
Search for Services.msc in the windows search and launch this.
Scroll down the list until you find the SQL Server (FMAST) Service.
Note: The portion in the brackets is what your FactoryMaster server is called, FMAST is only the default.Click Stop then click Start for the new SQL server service.
