How to update Batch Issue Number

I have noticed that stock has been issued out on an incorrect Batch Issue Number. This is causing a '-1' to display against the stock record. How can I update the Batch Issue Number?

To update the Batch Issue Number please do the following:

  1. Click Stock

  2. Click Stocked Parts Menu

  3. Click Stocked Parts Maintenance

  4. Search for your Stocked Part

  5. Press F5 to open the stock transactions screen

  6. Click Stock By Issue

  7. Press F5 on the line with the incorrect issue number to open the batch details

  8. Press Ctrl+M to enter modify mode

  9. Update the 'Issue Number' and click OK
