It is currently not possible to exclude locations, unless that location is set up as a Quarantine location.
To set up a quarantine location:
Firstly, go to Stock Maintenance Menu
Then in to Location Maintenance
Either find an existing or create a new location in Modify mode (Ctrl + M)
Under the column Location Type, select Quarantine
