If your barcodes are not scanning please check the preferences set for the barcode type you are scanning. You can do this by doing the following:
Click General
Click Barcode Entry
Click My Preferences
Select the Barcode type you need to amend
Under the 'Program to call' set it 'Choice Of All Options' to scan all barcode options for that type
If you wish to only scan one type of barcode you select the program you wish to call
Once finished, click OK
